Josephine Dubois 2020 Bourgogne Rouge From woman winemaker Josephine Dubois, this Pinot Noir is a full-bodied, complex red wine that is sure to please any wine connoisseur. Aged 12-months in french oak, the wine is deep and toasty. On the palate, this wine is smooth and velvety, with flavors of ripe red fruit, earthy notes, and a hint of oak. The finish is long and lingering, with a pleasant hint of spice. Josephine Dubois Pinot Noir is full of charm, and is a great choice for any occasion, and pairs well with a variety of dishes, from grilled meats to roasted vegetables.

Bodega Benegas 2020 “Luna” Cabernet Sauvignon The Benegas Family is deeply linked to the development of the wine industry in Argentina. For most of the 19th century, Mendoza was dedicated to the production of alfalfa and wheat for the purpose of fattening up the cattle destined for Chile – Argentina’s most valuable meat importer at that time. But, with the arrival of the railroad in 1884, the need for locally sourced alfalfa and wheat declined and Mendoza plunged into a deep economic crisis. As a result of this crisis, the budding wine industry became an important focus of the province. And, around the same time, the Benegas family name became linked to Mendoza’s wine industry. This Cabernet, named after Benega’s youngest daughter, has fresh and complex aromas of currants, raspberries and plums. Elegant at the entrance, meaty in the mid palate with friendly ripe and round tannins.

Langmeil Winery 2021 Three Gardens GSM Langmeil is a blend of Barossa’s cultural beginnings and a family’s modern day commitment to world-class, old vine winemaking. Once a trading village established in 1842, this remarkable place is a captivating pocket of Australia’s wine and vine history that is a must when visiting the Barossa. Three Gardens GSM is dedicated to the fifth generation of Langmeil winemaking in the Lindner family, and is a contemporary blend of Shiraz, Mataro and Grenache – traditional varieties grown in the Barossa since the 1840s from 47-69 year old vines. Premium red, medium-bodied in structure with great complexity and lovely silky tannins which flow through the fruity, peppery and spicy finish.

Yves Cuilleron 2022 Syrah “Les Vignes d’à Côté” Cuilleron Estates is a producer in the northern Rhône. The estate has been in the Cuilleron family for three generations, but it is the estate’s current owner and winemaker, Yves Cuilleron, who has expanded the size, scope, and scale of the vineyard, land holdings, and winery. Vignes d’à Côté refers to the geographical location of the vines located next to the Grands Crus of Rhône Valley. The vines are planted in the great terroir in Chavanay where the soil is granitic and alluvial. Organic, Eco-friendly farming. No insecticides are used. Nice fresh red fruits and delicate spices give a lovely expression of this incredible Syrah.

Esterhazy 2020 Blaufrankisch Leithenberg, where the Esterhazys reign supreme, is one of the world’s oldest wine regions. With soils of mica, slate and limestone, the roots go deep and yields are low – producing rich and full bodied wines, while retaining great freshness. Ever since they brought their first great winemaker in from Burgundy in 1758, these wines have been amongst Austria’s finest. Pinot Noir drinkers will feel right at home with deep red color, lively acidity and velvety texture of this classic Austrian Blaufrankisch.

Alvarez de Toledo 2021 “Edición Especial” Mencía The history of this family estate is too long for these pages, involves nuns and guns, and is something we can break down better for you in person….In short the Alvarez de Toledo clan has been hard at work over the last few decades recuperating their family vineyards, several of which sport vines over 100 years old. The Roble presents alluring aromas of mature berry fruits with just that right amount of toasty oak that we like in a big Iberian red. This wine is structured, elegant, and light on the palate with vibrant red fruits, peppers, and herbs.
