Hi Everyone,
Several times a year we all end up with the easiest “win” imaginable.
Today is one of those days.
On one of my personal favorites…
The wine hails from Gigondas, it was made by Eric Bonnet of Domaine Bastide Saint-Dominique fame, our cost came in shockingly low, and the WE review text is gold:
“This wine radiates purity and finesse, but with an edge that commands attention. Aromas of fresh roses, Carpentras strawberries, red licorice, flaky salt, and crushed stone rise with confidence. The palate is liquid silk—focused, laced with rose and anchored by fine tannins and quiet power. There’s a tension beneath its elegance that hints at something deeper. A captivating stunner. 95 points. (reviewed at $35).” — Anna-Christina Cabrales, Wine Enthusiast 9/25
That’s it – Let the hoarding session commence….
