This Halloween season we tried pairing wines with trick-or-treat candy.
Our favorite pairing?
Finca Bacara’s 100% Monastrell with a Hershey’s Dark Chocolate bar.
Because Hershey’s Dark Chocolate lacks the super sugary bells and whistles, it pairs well with this drier, more velvety wine. The ripe dark cherry flavors created a sultry experience when paired with the dark chocolate.
Add in a spooky skull & crossbones label and you’ve got the perfect Halloween wine!
