Domaine de Marce 2025 Touraine Oisly “Coulee Galante” Vintage side by side! You tried the 2024 last box, and the newest 2025 vintage just landed, and we are loving it. This Domaine sits a few kilometers down the road from Les Vignerons Oisly & Thesée and the idea here is to bring you a top shelf Touraine Sauvignon option for all you Sancerre lovers. Domaine de Marcé is an 80 acre estate, mostly planted to Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, and part of 12 acres has been classified as Oisly which is a new “Cru” similar to Reuilly, Quincy, or Sancerre. Farming is organic, and most vines are 80+ years old.
Ca’ Gialla 2024 Roero Arneis New vintage! Marco Porello is the third generation of his family to produce wines in Roero. We love Arneis, which is the go-to luxury white varietal of Piedmont, in case you aren’t familiar. This pure bottling shows plenty of white citrus on the palate with that classic almond, nutty characteristic that we look for in a proper Arneis!
Colterenzio 2025 Pinot Grigio Colterenzio is one of the newest wineries in South Tyrol, composed of over 300 families working together. This is a new-generation cooperative that smashes preconceptions, proving that a humble “coop” can consistently deliver some of the most transparent, expressive wines in the top flight region of Alto Aldige. Member-winegrowers farm their grapes on a total of 300 hectares; the vineyards are located in one of the best wine growing sub-districts of Alto Adige. Ecology is a driving principle here – Farming is sustainable and the winery was built with permaculture in mind. This Pinot Grigio is vibrant, with a seducing bouquet reminiscent of citrus fruit and white peach; medium rich on the palate, with a nice fruity note and a refreshing tangy acidity on the finish. A long time team favorite!
Vina Nora 2024 ‘Peitan’ Albariño Bodegas Nora is owned by Javier Alen, a well-respected Galician producer of Viña Mein, and Victor Rodriguez, the former director of Vino y Gastronomia, one of the most respected wine and food magazines in Spain. It is located about 12 miles from the historic village of Tui (in Galician), and Tuy (in Castilian). This village marks the borders of the sub regions O Rosal and Condado de Tea, as well as the site of one of the oldest Jewish settlements in Spain. Alistair Gardner, an enologist from New Zealand, creates this wine from the native Albariño grape using the most modern wine making technology to coax the greatest expression of the varietal and terroir upon which it is grown. The aromas of the Albariño variety and the mineral character of the soil are emphasised perfectly here, and on the palate, it is a well-structured, full-bodied and elegant wine, perfect for Thai take out!
Vinas del Cenit 2023 Cenit Field Blend Contiesas Many of you, our staff included, will argue that right here we have in front of us one of Spain’s most interesting, exciting, and contemporary wines. These vines are mostly 160-180 years old, and they come from a 60/40 field blend between red and white grapes. Centuries ago, the operators of the monastery that existed before the winery used wine as their only source of liquid, and with the climate of Zamora being so hot, there was no way that the monks would think of making a red wine without a good proportion of white grapes included for freshness. To this day, the vineyard remains the same. This is a historic wine, using historic practices. “This is floral and citrusy on the nose. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, succulent and juicy, with stone fruit in the finish and a clear saline edge. Delicious and wonderfully expressive. A blend of dona branca, verdejo, palomino and albillo. Drink now. 94 points.” – James Suckling 7/25
Bodegas LAN 2025 Rioja Rosado LAN produces some of the most consistent, value-driven examples of Rioja on the market, and is also an established leader on the premium side. LAN’s iconic 72 hectare Viña Lanciano vineyard sits on a breathtaking natural meander along the Ebro river and is the basis for most of the company’s top bottlings. The spirit of experimentation and innovation permeates the culture at LAN, and winemaker María Barúa is continually pushing the limits and preconceptions people have of the region. LAN Rosado is made from carefully selected vineyards in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. Varietal Composition: 65% tempranillo, 13% garnacha blanca, 22% viura. Fresh, flavorful, direct, and carefree; expressive, with a pronounced finish.
Thank you for your support of the family winegrowers we work with!
