Domaine de Marce 2024 Touraine Oisly “Coulee Galante” New fresh vintage from our favorite producers in Touraine! This Domaine sits a few kilometers down the road from Les Vignerons Oisly & Thesée and the idea here is to bring you a top shelf Touraine Sauvignon option for all you Sancerre lovers. Domaine de Marcé is an 80 acre estate, mostly planted to Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, and part of 12 acres has been classified as Oisly which is a new “Cru” similar to Reuilly, Quincy, or Sancerre. Farming is organic, and most vines are 80+ years old.
L.A. Cetto 2024 Sauvignon Blanc You loved the Chardonnay, time to try the Sauv Blanc! L.A. Cetto Sauvignon Blanc is a bright and refreshing white wine from the renowned Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California, Mexico. The winery was established in 1928 (one of the oldest in Baja!) by Don Angelo Cetto, an Italian immigrant from Trentino, Italy, who arrived in Mexico during the 1920s. He brought with him his ancestral agricultural knowledge and recognized the Valle de Guadalupe as an ideal location for viticulture. Today, the estate is operated by the third generation of the Cetto family, who continue to uphold the winemaking legacy while also implementing modern cultivation techniques. This 100% estate-grown wine is known for its exceptional value and features a crisp, zesty profile with prominent citrus aromas and a firm acidity.
Viñedos Hermanos Hernáiz 2025 Rioja Blanco ‘El Jardin de La Emperatriz’ Viñedos Hermanos Hernáiz, founded by brothers Eduardo and Víctor in 1996, is a respected wine producer in Rioja Alta, Spain. Located at the historic Finca La Emperatriz in Baños de Rioja, the winery produces elegant, terroir-driven wines using both traditional and modern techniques. This is delicious 100% Viura. Delicate aromas of citrus and green apple, with hints of white flowers and pear. It features a mineral-laden acidity and a fresh, sophisticated profile, culminating in a dry finish.
Peirano 2025 Viognier In 1992, Lance Randolph, the fourth generation of Peirano to farm the 300 acre estate, began making Peirano wine simply for himself and to prove Lodi could produce desirable wines. After considerable praise for his ability to make elegant wines, he decided to start bottling and selling Peirano wine using his estate grown grapes. Since then, Peirano has won numerous awards for producing top of the line wine using many of the old techniques valued by Giacomo Peirano. For bolder Chardonnay lovers, this wine is for you. Hand picked, and carefully sorted, the final product produces aromas of ripe pineapple, golden delicious apples and guava are complemented by a hint of vanilla.
Zaha 2023 Chardonnay Uco Valley From Teho, this is a boutique winemaking project located in Mendoza, Argentina, where the wines Zaha and Teho are produced. Alejandro Sejanovich and Jeff Mausbach strive to produce limited quantity wines that reflect the unique characteristics of their two small estate vineyards. The Los Arboles, Tunuyan, Uco Valley has soils that are deep sand and silt driven. At the moment of harvest, each soil profile imparts distinct aromas and flavors to the fruit – floral notes in the sandy patches, stony minerality in the rocky areas, and dark fruits in the silty soils. The combination of these profiles lends excellent complexity to the final wine. This Chardonnay expresses aromas of white flower and herbal notes accompanied by a citric profile and green apple.
Domaine Pelaquie 2025 Tavel Rose Pelquie’s famous rose – the “first rosé of France” and of the Côtes-du-Rhône. Famous since the 10th century, Tavel wines were present on the Pope’s table when the papacy was located in Avignon in the 14th century. The Tavel appellation sits across the river from Chateauneuf-du-Pape and is the most prestigious appellation in the world for dark, deep, ageworthy rosé. Domaine Pelaquie has emerged as a leading producer in this zone, with organic farming practices and an enviable swath of old Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvedre vines. The 2020 has (as expected) an intense color with brilliant reflections. It is rich in mouth with notes of crushed stone, raspberry, and strawberry and offers a long fruity finish with the firm tannic backbone we look for in Tavel. A stunning accompaniment for grilled deepwater fish.
Weinert 2022 Red Blend Luyan de Cuyo ‘Carrascal Corte Tinto’ Bodega Y Cavas de Weinert is located in Luján de Cuyo, a small town on the outskirts of the city of Mendoza, in western Argentina.The winery was founded in 1975 by Don Bernardo Weinert, a Brazilian of German origin. With “wein,” the German word for wine as part of his name, it seemed inevitable that Don Bernardo would make it his life’s work. 40% Malbec, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, this is a complex red wine with notes of savory herbs like oregano and thyme, along with black olive tapenade on the nose. It offers a palate of dark and red fruits (like black fruit and plum) balanced with earthy notes, and hints of tobacco. The tannins are well-integrated, leading to a long, smooth finish.
Château Moulin de Grenet 2022 Lussac-St.-Emilion Château Moulin de Grenet is a beautiful 4.5-hectare estate located in Lussac-Saint-Émilion, owned by the Roskam-Brunot family, who also own Château Cantenac. This vineyard is renowned for its Merlot-driven red wines, benefiting from a sustainable terroir of clay and limestone that provides excellent drainage and ample sunshine. The estate features vines over 25 years old, contributing to the richness and complexity of its wines. The historic windmill nearby, built in 1711, adds to the charm of this remarkable Bordeaux vineyard, reflecting the family’s dedication to quality and sustainability. Pleasant and balanced with blackberry and raspberry aromas and clean flavors dominate its medium body blend.
Colterenzio 2024 Schiava ‘St Magdalener Member winegrowers farm their grapes on a total of 300 hectares; the vineyards are located in one of the best wine growing sub-districts of Alto Adige. Ecology is a driving principle here – Farming is sustainable and the winery was built with permaculture in mind. This wine takes its name from the vineyard where the grapes are grown. With wonderful aromatics and soft tannins, this Schiava is a great summer red. Served slightly chilled, with a slightly tannic and harmonious finish.
Guerrieri Rizzardi 2023 Ripasso “Pojega” Here is a refreshing, balanced alternative to the “modernized/consumerist” Ripasso that most of the region’s wineries are producing these days: Reused skins only on the repass, no dried grape additions, no artificial heating! Italian DOC guidelines allow 2 bottles of Ripasso for every bottle of Amarone a winery produces, and Rizzardi’s ratio is unusually low at 1.2, meaning more impact and character from the skins. Exactly what we all want, right!? “Pojega,” the name you see on this bottle, is a historic “cru” vineyard that sits next to the world-renowned garden of the same name that was purchased by the Rizzardi family 400 years ago. These widely spaced vines are old for the region and therefore loaded with character. This particular release is produced from the Southernmost parcels of the vineyard, where a larger than normal proportion of the grapes planted are the late-ripening Corvinone a.k.a. “super Corvina.” And yes, this goodness is cellared in barrels previously used for Calcarole, the winery’s cultish top-tier Amarone. While excellent on day one, this Ripasso continues to evolve and delight (on day 4 this was singing even brighter than day 1).
Bodegas El Vinculo 2021 La Mancha Crianza Bodegas El Vínculo is a prestigious winery located in Campo de Criptana, Ciudad Real, founded in 1999 by celebrated winemaker Alejandro Fernández, known as the “Master of Tempranillo.” Now managed by the founders’ granddaughters, Bodegas El Vínculo has become a key producer in La Mancha, enhancing the region’s reputation for excellent Tempranillo wines. This is 100% Tempranillo with prominent black fruit aromas of blackberry and violet, accompanied by a hint of licorice, typical nuances of the Tempranillo variety. Aging in American oak barrels imparts enveloping aromas of coffee and toffee. On the palate, it’s a wine with polished and well-integrated tannins.
Ruby Vineyard 2023 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley Ruby Vineyard is a small vineyard and winery in the Chehalem Mountains of Oregon’s Willamette Valley region. It is owned by the Hendricks family and is located in the Laurelwood District AVA, just west of Portland. Their Pinot Noir is sourced from premiere sites in multiple different AVA’s throughout the northern Willamette Valley. Vibrant and floral with loads of flavor highlighted by ripe cherry, red raspberry, fresh and dried flowers and a nice sprinkle of cracked pepper and spice.
