Joseph Cattin 2024 “Tradition” Riesling Cattin is the largest family owned and family operated winery in Alsace and located in Voegtlinshoffen, a small village on the foothills of the Vosges Mountains at 1,091 feet in elevation. The Cattin family has been producing wine since 1720 and today the winery is managed by the 12th generation! The estate is composed of many small plots located in the Southern part of the Colmar region and a staggering 80% of their vineyard land is located on slopes. This dry, fresh and crisp release showcases the minerality that makes Alsatian Riesling special. The grapes come from different plots of marl, clay and limestone soils, located around Voegtlinshoffen, each site working together to achieve that critical balance between freshness and fruitiness. A dry and mineral Riesling. It has a bright and pale yellow color. Its nose reveals mineral notes with citrus flowers. The palate is fresh, dry and mineral, with grapefruit flavors.

Domaine Talmard 2024 Macon-Uchizy
The Talmard family estate is made up of 30 hectares of vines in the villages of Uchizy and Chardonnay. The young Gérald Talmard now runs all aspects of the property, with Dad helping out as needed. His farming and winemaking techniques are ancestral and natural. The big difference here in comparison with other top producers in the appellation is that Talmard picks his fruit slightly earlier giving a brighter, fresher backbone to what are already grapes that show deep-rich fruit expression. This Uchizy bottling is a bit more limited than their Macon-Chardonnay, with Uchizy being one of the Macon’s most sought after terroirs.

Louis Millet 2023 Menetou Salon Blanc 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Kimmeridgian marl soils that are more than 160 million years. These soils are composed of layers of clay, small fossilized oyster shells with limestone sediments. Menetou-Salon Blanc from Millet; a white wine offering a precise snapshot of the vintage and appellation. It presents a straightforward, factual selection for those looking for a Loire Valley white with clear regional identity.

Yura 2023 Jurancon Sec The Yura Jurançon Sec is a highly rated, dry white wine from the foothills of the Pyrenees in Southwest France, known for its vibrant acidity, rich fruit profile, and mineral character. The grapes are sourced from steep slopes with limestone and molasse soils, benefiting from mountain freshness and an Atlantic influence. The vineyards are organically farmed and certified High Environmental Value (HVE), underscoring a commitment to sustainability. Today, Plaimont comprises numerous wine cellars and more than 800 growers, significantly influencing local AOCs and IGPs. In 2002, it established France’s first private ampelographic conservatory, housing 42 local grape varieties. Noted for high-quality wines across various price points, Plaimont blends modern techniques with ancestral knowledge to highlight the region’s unique terroir.

Tua Tua 2023 Sauvignon Blanc
The Tua Tua Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant, expressive Marlborough white wine, created by winemaker Anthony “Ant” Moore. Inspired by the Tua Tua seashell, it is sourced from top vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys. The unique terroir, with its loose silt loams and cool nights, allows the grapes to develop ripe tropical flavors while maintaining high levels of natural acidity. Known for its exceptional value, Tua Tua wines are highly acclaimed for their bright, refreshing, and crisp profiles, showcasing notes of tropical fruit and minerals.

Condes de Albarei 2025 Albariño New vintage! Founded in 1988 (the same year the D.O. Rias Baixas was officially granted its charter), Adega Condes de Albarei is a cooperative of 362 grower/owners. It is located in the valley known as O Salnès, in the heart of D.O. Rias Baixas. The vineyards are surrounded by mountains and crossed by the Umia River, they consist of 740 acres of Albariño, all of which are estate-owned by the grower/owners, not by contract-producers. Due to the fact that this area is one of the wettest and coolest parts of Spain, the “pergola” method of trellising is utilized. This exposes the grapes to as much sun and drying breezes as possible, reducing rot caused by dampness, controlling infection by harmful bacteria and thus ensuring the fullest and most sanitary ripening possible. This wine has a rich, vibrant mouth feel. Varietal aromas of pineapple and oranges, with a hint of white flowers (orange blossom). Well-balanced, fresh and pleasant with lingering finish.
