Today we tasted Finca Bacara next to our favorite trick-o-treat candy, a Hershey’s Dark Chocolate bar. Because Hershey’s Dark Chocolate lacks the super sugary bells and whistles, it paired extremely well with this drier, more velvety wine. The ripe dark cherry flavors created a sultry experience.
