While Roussillon is a sunny, dry region known for producing voluptuous, ripe and at times heady wines, Edre’s Carrement wines show a beautiful sense of elegance and purity to go with impressive mid-palate concentration, integrated acidity and ripe, tannic backbone. If you can resist the temptation of drinking full bottles of these on the first night, we urge you to see how this performs on day three and even day four – Such an exercise shocked us given that these bottles already have ample time on them.
